River Pines RV Resort was built in 1986 a half hour east of Cincinnati along the Ohio River. Our gated community consists of 216 individually owned RV sites and operates as a condominium association.
Membership of the RV Resort provides access to a stocked fishing lake, a three story clubhouse with full bathrooms and showers, laundry facilities, a pool table and an in-ground swimming pool. There is also a pavilion, a boat ramp with direct access to the Ohio River, and a playground for kids to play on.
The park is seasonal from April 1st to November 1st. Each site is deeded property and taxes are due to the county twice a year. Maintenance fees are due on March 1st of every year and pay for your common area maintenance, city water and sewage and common area electric. Each unit has an electric meter and owners pay the park for their electric usage.
There are three owner meetings annually held by the park's Board of Trustees and elections are held in July of each year.
Owner's enjoy their time here with campfires and riding golf carts and enjoying time with friends & family.
